Leading Lights
Leading Lights workshops are about providing the absolute best in photographic tuition in small groups.
We've always prided ourselves at Light & Land on the quality of the tuition that we offer our clients. With Light & Land you can always be assured that you will receive the photographic tuition that you need when you really need it - on location!
However, for a number of our regular clients even our normal high level of tuition isn't enough. They have asked us to provide more advanced and in depth tuition from our top leaders. The Leading Lights concept has grown out of this demand.
The emphasis on Leading Lights workshops is 100% upon photography; you will spend every available hour of good daylight out shooting and the evenings will be filled with lively and informative discussions about all things photographic.
You will be able to learn photographic techniques from acknowledged masters to a degree impossible on a standard tour. The tutor will also spend time reviewing your work and assessing the best path to improving your photography - whether it be the application of particular techniques or a concentration upon a deeper understanding of form and composition.
Leading Lights workshops are strictly limited to a maximum of five clients per leader.
Small group sizes will also mean that:
- you receive even more individual tuition than on our standard tours
- we can base the tours in locations that would not be available for our standard tours
- your viewpoints are unlikely to be restricted when you're on location
- many stunning locations ill-suited to larger groups become accessible for Leading Lights
Our programme for Leading Lights for 2011 will include a workshops with Charlie Waite and David Ward. As the programme progresses we will be offering more top flight photographers and more destinations.
