Like to shoot New Zealand’s tallest peak, turquoise lakes & emerald valleys?

Posted on 20th May 2016

Mt Cook in New Zealand, helped Sir Edmund Hillary to develop his climbing skills in preparation for the conquest of Everest.

New Zealand based landscape photographer Richard Young is one of our leaders for the exciting tours to NZ coming up in October 2016 and he recently sent us some stunning images that we thought we would share with you.

Our 14-day tour of the South Island's breathtaking landscapes runs from 2-15 October and includes locations at Mount Cook, in the Canterbury Region of the Country's South Island which at over 3,000m tall is New Zealand's tallest peak. The park also includes the Tasman Glacier at 27km long, as well as beautiful turquoise lakes, emerald valleys, snow capped mountains and clear starry clear skies in the world's largest 'International Dark Sky Reserve'.

With a dream location list like this, it's every Landscape Photographer's dream tour.

Sounds like paradise to us!
