Pricing - the great art scam

Selling - what sells and why?

Exhibiting - building an audience of collectors

Bosham, pronounced 'Bozzum', is one of the most historic villages in England, situated in West Sussex (near Chichester) on the south coast of England, within an area of outstanding natural beauty. You will be staying in the sumptuous old English hotel The Millstream. This two day workshop, with both days split in two, with the mornings spent in the conference room at The Millstream for and the afternoons spent out in the field (or the other way around depending on the light and tides). Lunch will be taken in the upstairs private dining room in The Anchor Bleu public house, a delightful setting overlooking the Bosham Creek.

Luke Whitaker is offering all participating photographers the opportunity to take up the Bosham Gallery's commission to capture sellable photographs of this beautiful corner of Old England, and full details of the commission will be given to you on your arrival. Watch Charlie at work on the first day and perhaps take up the commission yourself on the second. And who knows, yours could be the next masterpiece we see offered for sale in the front window of The Bosham Gallery.

We will begin with a welcome glass of prosecco, wine, beer or soft drink before our dinner (time tbc) on the first evening (5th), time to meet and chat with Charlie, Luke and other fellow photographers. The workshop will run 9-5 approx on both days - 6th & 7th. You may check in at The Millstream from 2pm on Monday 5th March.
