"This image was made on my recce day in Keukenhof before my group arrived.  Although tulips are beautiful en masse, I feel they have a special beauty when seen close up, so I spent the day making images very close to the flowers.  I particularly loved this tulip, "White Star", with the purity of its white and yellow petals".

Framing: Trim, single mount, ash frame painted white and waxed. Signed by Sue Bishop.
