Durham is a beautiful medieval Cathedral city built on an island in the River Wear and its enchanting bridges, alleyways, period gas lamps and winding lanes have inspired writers for centuries. Our Durham photography tours and workshops coincide with autumn when the city comes alive with colour. We will capture the idyllic landscapes, picture-perfect houses and the sunset and dusk atmosphere around the Cathedral and Durham Castle.
