Glasgow, the home of renowned architect and designer, Charles Rennie Mackintosh, is not only Scotland’s biggest and busiest city, but it is a centre for commerce, art and culture. Famed for its art nouveau architecture, the streets themselves have a timeless atmosphere that makes every turn an adventure written in colour, texture and graphic shapes.
For our Glasgow photography tours and workshops, we will follow a fascinating trail through the bustling centre, from the energetic Hillhead neighbourhood in the west, to Merchant City in the east. We will snake through the old city and along the river to catch abstracts using the evening light over the waters of the Clyde which powered Glasgow’s industry and made it what it is today.
